Trying something new can relate to embarking on a journey to a new destination.

Our new journey was opening Moo & Oink. George, founder and owner, worked the last 30 years in food/beverage sales. When he wasn’t at work, he spent his time and found a love for trying new recipes and sharing them with his family and friends.

As retirement came near, George knew it was time to take the jump into his passion and embark on the journey that has been years in the making.  With a love for finely crafted barbecue and a leap of faith, he did it! Moo and Oink officially opened in the spring of 2022.

Since opening, the Moo & Oink family has learned a lot about what it takes to be competitive in the Northern NJ food scene. George shows up everyday with a smile, excitement, and eagerness to introduce mouth-watering, unique barbecue creations to everyone he meets.
